Building an ML Lifecycle System
How we built a complete ML lifecycle system at Malaa Technologies — from experimentation to production.
At PyData Riyadh 2023, Sultan Baghlaf and I walked through the ML lifecycle system we built at Malaa Technologies — how experiments get versioned, how a model actually reaches production, and what we watch once it’s there.
The system covers ingestion through serving, with monitoring and alerting built in rather than bolted on afterwards. It took model deployment from weeks to hours.
