What is DAL?
DAL (دال) is a Saudi non-profit civil association aimed at empowering those interested in data science and AI. The organization operates under the supervision of SDAIA (Saudi Data and AI Authority) and is one of the certified associations of the Mohammed bin Salman “Misk” Foundation.
Founded in 2024, DAL provides practical educational programs and training opportunities that meet labor market needs.
What DAL Does
DAL focuses on building a vibrant and stimulating community for data enthusiasts:
- Workshops & Meetups: Hands-on sessions on data science and AI topics
- Datathons: Competitive events to solve real-world data challenges
- Job Shadowing: Opportunities at major tech companies
- Educational Programs: Practical training aligned with market needs
The Mission
DAL aims to promote a culture of using data to solve national challenges and prepare a generation capable of leading digital transformation and achieving Saudi Vision 2030.
My Contribution
As a member, I’m looking forward to:
